Application Guidelines: * Mandatory Fields

This application must be accompanied with a $10.00 membership application fee and is non-refundable.  Associate membership applications do not require a fee but, once approved, shall pay the annual membership fee of $35.00.  The Ottawa Knights reserve the right to reject any application without provision of reason upon review by the membership committee or the club Executive Board.

All successful applicants to Full and Reserve Membership status are required to meet with the membership committee for an interview.  Once your application has been approved by the current membership at a monthly club meeting, a six month pledge period shall commence at which time a mentor will be assigned to you. Upon completion of the pledge period, a vote will be conducted by the full membership at a monthly club meeting. (50% +1)  Full membership dues are set at $75.00 annually and are to be paid at the beginning of each calendar year.  (Affiliation pertains to any club or organization of similar nature.)

You must be 21 years of age at the time of your application and you will require the support of three full members in good standing.
